I grew up enjoying this great Spicy Jelly. My mom made this when I was growing up to serve with cheese, cream cheese in crackers, in Sandwiches, as a glaze on ham or roasted vegetables, anything she or we could think of.
The difference with this version of my moms recipe, more heat using Jamaican Red Mushroom Peppers and Yellow habanero peppers. This is a popular item in the market!
I use Pectin to make the Jelly and sweeten with cane sugar.
Ingredients;
Red and Yellow Bell Peppers
White Onion
Dried blended Apricots
Jam Sugar
Cinnamon
Lime juice
Pectin Powder
Enjoy!!
