This is a hugely popular hot sauce. Made with Maple, Bacon (Flavouring) and Mango. Such a rich taste that the Canadian taste is so prevalent. Added to this is Chilli Powder, Spanish Paprika, Turmeric powder, Vanilla, Cinnamon, Maple Syrup, Bacon flavouring spice, fresh mangos, fresh limes, Salt, Pepper, Ajinomoto, Cayenne powder, English curry powder, Mango Juice, Cider Vinegar, and Cane Sugar. Madame Jeanette, Yellow and Red Habanero, Scotch Bonnet and Rawitt peppers.

Great on Eggs, Burgers, Stews, BBQ, Meats, sandwiches, curry, Chip Dips, with mayonnaise for frech fries or onion rings..etc.
